OMAX strives to make appointment scheduling convenient and easy for our patients. You can call our scheduling desk at 509.928.3600. A scheduling coordinator will assist you in making your appointment.

If you are experiencing pain or have an emergency situation, we will work to see you the same day you contact us. For emergencies outside of office hours, call our office phone number 509.928.3600. We provide 24-hour on-call service.

Scheduling Appointments

Most of our patients are referred by their doctors but anyone may call our office to schedule an appointment. However, a primary care referral may be required by some insurance providers. In most cases, the first appointment is for the diagnostic examination and to discuss treatment options. We provide treatment during the first appointment in cases of emergency or when the patient prefers not to schedule two appointments for a simple procedure.

While OMAX staff does everything possible to keep appointments on schedule, on occasion, varying circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for an earlier procedure or an emergency procedure may cause a delay. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these rare cases.  We promise to provide the same thorough, comprehensive care for each of our patients.
