Why do I need a biopsy?
Early and accurate diagnosis will benefit the patient by avoiding excessive laboratory studies, minimize ineffective medications, and may limit invasive procedures. Many times the diagnosis is straightforward however there are situations where a variety of conditions share similar characteristics.
